Bhaskar is a Senior Resident Fellow at CCLE. He did his graduation in Business Management from Bangalore University and is interested in stock markets and the regulatory framework defined by SEBI. He worked with Samata on a comparative study between state-run and community run tourism in the state of Andhra Pradesh. He was also associated with Indus Action to work on implementation of the Right to Education Act and ensure participation from marginalised communities in school programmes. Currently, Bhaskar is doing his dissertation on electoral reforms with an emphasis on reservation in electoral politics. Vineet is a Senior Resident Fellow at CCLE. He is a policy commentator and analyst who contributes regularly to senior publications across the subcontinent. His work has been featured in The Hindu, The Indian Express, The New Age, Bangladesh and Mizzima, Myanmar, apart from his contribution to several online portals. With work experience in Myanmar and India in the field of Social Policy, Democratization and Governance and Public Finance, he has turned his focus to the future of work in the gig economy. Vikrant is a Senior Resident Fellow at CCLE. He did his graduation in Electrical Engineering from Government Engineering College, Jabalpur. He was a part of drafting team for the Karnataka Slum (Development) Bill, 2018 and Devadasi (Prevention, Prohibition, Relief and Rehabilitation) Bill 2018 which are currently being considered by Karnataka government to be introduced in the Assembly. He has worked on social policies related to MNREGA and PDS in the state of Rajasthan during his association with MKSS. He has also worked on the issue of Internal Security and Police Reforms in India with Observer Research Foundation, New Delhi under the Strategic Studies division. His areas of interest are criminal justice system and selective application of law.
