
Mr. Rahul Singh
Rahul Singh is an Associate Professor of Law at the National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bangalore. He heads the Institute of Competition Law and Economics, and serves as a Visiting Faculty at Harvard Law School (USA), Deakin University (Australia), and IIM Bangalore (India) among others. He has advised the Competition Commission of India on Regulation, and regularly contributes to international top law journals on important questions of law. As the chief architect of the CCLE, he is responsible to generate knowledge base for the Centre, and continuously mentor its Research Fellows. He is a graduate from NLSIU, Bangalore and did his LL.M. from Harvard University.

Mr. Ratneshwar Prasad
R Prasad has been a founding member of the Competition Commission of India (CCI). During his three-year stint as a CCI Member, he had an opportunity to enact various governing policies for the regulator, and adjudge competition law disputes across sectors. Over a career spanning 43 years, he has delivered lectures across jurisdictions, and has immensely contributed to the growing literature on competition law and economics. As an alumnus of IIT Kharagpur and University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, Mr. Prasad has been the Chairman of the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT). He is now available for consulting, advisory and speaking positions.

Mr. Radhakrishnan Nair
R.K. Nair has been a Member of the Insurance Regulatory Development Authority of India (IRDAI). He has served as an Executive Director at the Security Exchange Board of India (SEBI), and is currently an Independent Director at the ICICI Bank. He has an experience of over 40 years, and specializes in the banking sector and securities and insurance regulation. He has a unique distinction of serving on National Advisory Committee on Accounting Standards (NACAS) and RBI Technical Committee on Money. Mr. Nair holds various degrees in the field of Science, Securities Laws, Management and Law.
